    Have you looked at the Allegro User Guide: SKILL Reference at $CDSROOT\doc\algroskill\algroskill.pdf? All public functions are listed in this doc, many (including this one) with examples. If you prefer plain text file, see $CDSROOT\share\pcb\examples\skill\DOC\FUNCS. Usually they are the same, but sometimes the information in the two places can differ.

    This function, including examples, is explained on pages 260-262 of algroskill.pdf for 16.3.
