how to modify the allegro toolbar's icon and relate command?

as title say, I need add a Customization icon on allegro's toobar, when click it then will load the relate tool.

Please help think about this DIY project's possibility. thanks!

Hi Ole,thanks for you help!
I test and finished the icon list own of allegro. can not create a new one of my own . I think it's impossible. :)
