Where does your ALLEGRO_SITE variable point to?

Place your allegro.ilinit file (you probably need to create it) in the skill folder under there. You may need to create that too.

     Hi all,

I have the skill code, that creates a file with pick and place data that can be backannotated into Capture/Capture CIS

pickdata settingSettings done:C:\Cadence\home\pcbenv\allegro.ilinit!!C:\Cadence\home\skill\pickdata.il file & its .il.bak file. System variable path: HOME   C\Cadence\home After restarted the tool, To run the program I typed,  Command > pickdata on the Allegro; command line.

But the message is: Command not found.

The same settings I did in another system (I think so) & the same file worked.

Can anybody help me, what's arong with my settings now.

    Thanks,

     rinj

Typing "pickdata" on the command line will only work if "pickdata" is registered as a command in your allegro.ilinit file.
