    I can create dielectric layer using next.

    axlLayerCreateCrossSection("BOTTOM" "DIELECTRIC" "FR-4" "BELOW_INNER")
    axlLayerCreateCrossSection("BELOW_INNER" "Conductor" "Copper" "INNER" "Positive")

    But, that dielectric layer appear into Color dialog Stack-up, Visibility.
    I think when delete dielectric layer name, do not appear there.

    So, how to delete dielectric layer name?

    I can create DIELECTRIC layers.

    axlLayerCreateCrossSection (conductive)

    axlLayerCreateCrossSection (conductive)

    axlLayerCreateCrossSection (conductive)
    ....

    after

    axlLayerCreateCrossSection (dielectric)
    axlLayerCreateCrossSection (dielectric)
    axlLayerCreateCrossSection (dielectric)

    ...
