All,

I have a form created with a checkbox. When I select the checkbox it should read in color parameter file using axlShell command as below

procedure( lib_create_form()

            lib_form = axlFormCreate( (gensym) "lib.form" nil 'lib_form_action t)

            axlFormDisplay(lib_form)

); end procedure lib_create_form

procedure(lib_form_action(lib_form)

when(axlFormGetField( lib_form "color_update")

axlShell(strcat("param in ;setwindow form.parm_in ;FORM parm_in browse ;fillin " "symbolcolor.prm" ";FORM parm_in execute; FORM parm_in cancel"))

            ); end when color update

); end procedure lib_form_action(lib_form)

When axlShell command is executed to import the parameter file , myForm get closed automatically.

How to retain the form Active?

Thanks,

Nagaraj.

    Hi Nagaraj,

    Add axlUIWPerm(lib_form, t) after the axlFormCreate command.

    Regards,

    Dave
