Allegro Free Physical Viewer V16.3

I do not have Allegro layout software so I am trying to use the free viewer to review a design my company has outsourced. The database is a (.brd) I would like to generate reports showing test point coverage versus nets, view the drc errors (what do they mean), etc. Is it possible to generate these reports from the viewer as well as other reports? I would also like to see what the different layers are. What I mean is what layers have associated nets to them as on a plane or splt plane layer.
