Temporary highlight

Is there a way to find out the dbid of an object that's temporary highlighted? If yes, how - thanks!

Get all objects, check theirs with axlIsHighlighted() function, then check for color is used for temporary highlighting (how get temporary highlight color I don't know).
Or may be highlighted objects are in the select set? Try getting select set.
