Deleting Functionpin

Hi

I want to delete the "pin name" from a pin

it is under functionPins on a component definition, if you query a pin then it will be listed as "pin name"

basically i want to rip out all the logical information on a selected region, clines/shapes/net etc

I am using axlDeleteObject witthout Equivlogic so i can remove the net and all the other stuff without any issue

(p.s. i can also use axlRemoveNet to delete the nets)

but still the pin name sticks around

I would appreciate if anyone can show me if there is a way to remove the pin name or make it nil
