Creating Statistics for aliases and Funckeys usage

Hi To All !!!

Does anybody know how can I trace that some aliase or funckey was used and Update apropriate counter

for the specific alias or funckey.

This way i'll get for 100 funckeys & aliases 100 variables that  each of them contains number of times alias/funckey was used.
