Closing skill file problem.

 Hello everyone,

i been doin a skill (dealing with POLY, adding ROUTE KEEP OUT)  for a couple of days for now,

im on debugging stage at this very moment...

i had notice that my pc slow down after some time,

maybe its the skill that allocates data to the memory,

is there any ways to remove the file in memory when you close the program?

example on Visual Basic,

i used Unload <name of form> after closing to remove it from the memory.

any idea will be pleased

  • You don't need to do this on a modern computer OS. When a program like allegro exits its memory and resources are reclaimed by the OS.

    In Skill, as long as your program gets a good Skill lint score (e.g. avoid the use of global variables), then Skill's garbage collector will reclaim memory.
