How I can interfacing from Capture to PCB editor

Dear All

    I have just used orcad 16.3.I used 9.2 for previous version.Both 16.3 and 9.2 are many difference about interface from schematic to create PCB.Could someone can be instructed to me for making steps?.or example to create it.I can't import .MNL and .TCH extension in PCB Editor as same Orcad layout version9.2. Thank you for your advance.
