Key Mapping While in Placement Mode

I am a new user to OrCad PCB Editor and I was curious is it possible to add "rotate" to a key function while a part is selected in placement mode?

Take a look at the env_examples.txt in the share\pcb\examples directory of the installation. Add any key assignments to the top of the "env" file in the <HOME>\pcbenv directory to get the keys defines at application startup.
