Scroll horizontally and vertically with mouse + shift/control?

Is there a way I can use Shift+Mouse scroll wheel to pan left/right, and Control+Mouse scroll wheel to pan up/down in PCB Editor?

Add these commands to your env file ...
button Cwheel_up "roam y -$roamInc"
button Cwheel_down "roam y $roamInc"
button Swheel_up "roam x -$roamInc"
button Swheel_down "roam x $roamInc"

Which version of the PCB editor does this refer to? Does it work on 14.0, 16.2, 16.3, 16.6, 17.2, 17.4 etc?
