List operation

Hi,

I would like to know the difference in between these two statements

'(1 2)

list(1 2)

I tried to run the attached listOp.il file and it showed some unexpected behavior for me.

The single quote operator builds a list using arguments exactly as they are presented while list evaluates the expressions. Examples:
c = 3
b = 2
'(1 b c) -> (1 b c)
list(1 b c) -> (1 2 3)
