I'm sure I'm posting to the wrong forum. Where is the proper place?

Looking at Forms in Allegro - they appear to be modal dialog boxes.

Is there a way for me to put up a nice "Please Wait..." Modeless dialog box while processing code?

Newbie to this forum - Newbie to Allegro. Not a newbie to Lisp at all :)

Try using axlMeterCreate() axlMeterUpdate() axlMeterDestroy() for displaying the "Please wait..." message.
