about concept hdl skill

It is still mysterious to me whether this is the proper location for this question. I would appreciate if someone could let me know where is the best location for these questions.

I am looking at the Concept HDL skill programming section in Cadence help, but the document seems not very detailed. I even failed to find the information on how to invoke a skill procedure directly in command window.

Is it possible invoke it through Design Entry HDL menu?

Is it possible to invoke it from the skill script on Allegro PCB side?

I guess there must be some documents for those infomation but I just failed to find it in the installation. Any clue or hint will be appreciated.
