Property dictonary items extraction

Hi,

Is it possible to extract all the names of user defined property dictonary items(Setup->Property Definitions) using SKILL?

I am aware of function for extracting only known items using axlDBGetPropDictEntry but not all.

Found that there is a SKILL function axlDBGetPropDict for this purpose.
The arguments for this function are 'allegro OR 'user.

I'm not getting how to frame the Programs By axlDB.Can you Suggest How you will mange to do this.
