How can I offset consecutive lines of SKILL generated text so that they don't overlap?

Hey guys,

I have a SKILL script that is creating a series of lines of text as such:

1.0 This is line 1

1.1 This is line 2

1.2 This is line 3

I am creating them using the axlDBCreateText command and it works fine but the lines come out slightly overlapping each other (for instance where the bottom of a 'p' or 'y' sticks down it hits the top of the character below it. Is there a way to fix this so that the lines offset from each other a bit so that there's a gap between lines?

You need to adjust your text block parameters. Set the "Line Space" to a bigger number. There is no easy way to avoid vertical text clashes without doing this.

Ah perfect! Thank you Dave. I was going about this problem the wrong way, I was trying to fix it locally at each line written instead of globally to the text block.
