Determine whether Vialist DRC: is turned on or off?

I'm trying to check whether a certain value is set on or off and can't find out how using pure SKILL code.

Under Setup-> Constraints-> Analysis Modes-> Physical Modes -> Vialist DRC (On/Off)

How can I find what this value is set to?

I've looked through some docs for axlCNSDesignModeGet() and axlDBControl() but nothing is really

showing up as a green flag to get to that information.

Any hints are very much appreciated.
