How to make axlUIWSetParent() work?

Hi,

I saw the description of axlUIWSetParent function :

Setting the parent provides these benefits:
■ Allows blocking mode to behave correctly.
■ If the parent is closed, then the child is also closed.
■ If the parent is iconified, then the child is hidden.
■ The child stays on top of its parent in the window stacking order.

But I cannot make it success...

I am trying to create a child form from parent form's buttom.
The function return t , means success, but the form cannot work like the description.
Can anyone helps or give some example?
