Problem with rotating component using iangle

Hi,

At the moment I'm using Allegro 17.2. For rotating components I use the iangle function: funckey r iangle 90

Normally it rotates the component perfectly in placementedit mode, but for some designs it doesn't rotate and I get a weird response: Element is already set to this angle.

How can I fix this problem?

Can it be that I accidently selected something wrong in the options?

From the main menu, take Edit>Rotate, check the Options tab, likely the Rotation Type is not Incremental, probably Absolute, change this to Incremental, go to the canvas and perform a "dummy" rotate to confirm the settings and then Done. The next "Rotate" will use the Incremental setting.

Thank you oldmouldy! It was already on incremental at edit>rotate, but it wasn't in placementedit when I selected the component. I had to RMB --> options --> incremental
