display net names from SKILL

Hello,

I am looking to control, from a SKILL script/form,  the "Display Net Names Functionality" as given in the Setup>Design Parameters checkboxes:

In the documentation I found

axlDBDisplayControl('displayNetNames, t/nil)

But obviously it doesn't control the three checkboxes since it is only one parameter.

Anyone know how to do this?

Thanks

It appears to be an oversight that you can't control these yet via axlDBDisplayControl.

A method would be to export the Design Setting Parameters and re-import them with the changes. This is easier said than done. The values you need to change are in the <dispflag> section.

    Hi

You could also record a script to turn these on/off.

The script can be wrapped inside a SKILL program if you wish so

    Best regards

    Ole

Dave, thank you for your informative reply.  I will look into this.

Thanks Ole. I will look into both exporting settings and recording a script and see which is simpler.
