Can't enter a Value in some properties in V17.4 trial edition

I'm testing latest version (17.4) of OrCAD PCB Designer Professional and I can't change the value of some properties in "Edit Property".

In the screenshot you can see the Dyn_*** properties don't have a textbox like Comment has. This is the same for vias or any other pins...

I doubt this is something specific to the trial version, any clue what is going on? Am I missing something, is there an option to activate this? Wasn't like that in 16.6...

Because, since 17.2, these property assignments are "by layer", only "all layers" in previous versions. Use the Assign button to get to the supplementary settings form.

Thanks oldmouldy, I didn't notice the side scrolling bar in the Assign window
