Production files generation

I have a question regarding the production files of a PCB. I have added two cutouts on my PCB.
When I generate my drill file these do not appear, only the holes of the tracks and the insert components appear. What do I need to do to make cutouts appear in my drill file?

Have an artwork layer that has the board outline and the cutouts layers.  Typically I build a fabrication drawing artwork with a drill legend and IPC Fab notes on top of this.

However, I think ODB++ and IPC2581 might be designed to include this as logical information automatically.

Yes - but you need to draw the router path on BOARD GEOMTERY/NCROUTE_PATH then this can be exported as part of the NC Route file. Take a look at www.parallel-systems.co.uk/.../slots_pcb_editor.pdf, page 5 talks about the board outline but the principle is the same for cutouts.
