New comer, need help with VIA drill size change

Greeting to all:

I am new in this tool, only 2 weeks. Trying to create a new Via with smaller size drill hole from exiting 13 mils size to 10 mils size. I got the message as imaged below. Any advise what to do? Thanks in advance.

for instance, if pad is 10mils and drill is 15mils you get these warnings. usually, it is expected to have pad size larger than drill size

Greetings to you. Many thanks AvengerThanos for your kind reply. I got it. Only concern is that in this case, I was reducing the drill size from 13 mils to 10 mils keeping pad size same. I will try again. Thanks again.
