Ugly icons (17.4) - can they be changed?

First time to fire up 17.4 and what the heck?  I can not believe or understand the need to change the icons.  I've got eye-muscle memory and literally am hunting for my icons.

Has anyone else found the new look disturbing?  Is there a way to change it?

Thanks

Bill

Was not expecting this change so soon as a service pack.  Now I understand why SP7 is split in two parts.   I understand icons need an update someday.  This is the right direction, IMHO.

The mostly dark UI helps me not notice the "dark spot floaty things" in my vision.

Along with gray hairs from fighting MGC software and ME engineers who can't make a decision, I have dark spots on my retinas (sun damage?)

And, this release completely solved the cutout in 3D canvas problem I was having.

It's a beautiful thing.   Thank you.
