Unused Via Suppression won't stay

I have a problem where "unused via suppression" occasionally gets selected in the cross-section editor. It's the same layers every time. I am using constraint manager in OrCAD, but I'm certain that I've imported the latest tech file from the board. Anyone see this before?

Not seen this but you could have this information stored in the technology file (stackup can be part of that) so try importing the tech file into a new blank design and see if it gets set. If it does and you don't need it you'll have to re-create the tech file.

It could be w.r.t to Tech file. Might the selections on tech file is enabled for "unused via suppression"
