Step Mapping windowsize and menus missing

Dear Cadence Users,

I have the problem that somehow my windowsize is odd within step package mapping. In full screen i do not have the menu on the bottom, they are missing!

Tried to change the screen resolution, reset UI settings and move the screen, but nothing helps. I'm using 17.2 062..

Try closing the tools and open a Windows File Explorer window, in the address bar type %HOME% followed by a return, this opens your HOME folder (usually C:\SPB_Data or something similar). In here go into the pcbenv folder and delete the allegro.geo file then restart the tools and try again.
