Hello,

Could someone recommend a 0201 footprint that is well proven for good from personal experience for reflow assembly?

Frank

Thanks. The placement courtyard goes on what layer in Allegro?

Place_Pound_Top.  That is the layer Orcad/Allegro uses to flag touching/overlapping shapes.

By my third company library, I started adding a component Body shape on DFA_bound_top (not a courtyard, actual body outline).  Its used by Allegro DFA Rules.  But, it's been handy as a visual check.
