Mouse recommendation for Allegro use

Hello everyone,

I apologize if this is not the right forum to use for this post.

I was wondering if anyone can suggest a specific mouse manufacturer/brand that is best for using with Allegro. I use Allegro 70+ hours a week and I am looking for a type of mouse that helps relief the stress off of my wrist and thumb. My hands are large which puts a lot of stress and strain on my hand and fingers when the mouse size is not proportional.

I tried so many mice but no luck. I also searched online for the best PC mice for CAD engineers and that did not lead anywhere.

So any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

i do not think your wrist stress is due to the mouse selection but due to the number of mouse clicks you are making.

are you using funckeys to reduce the number of mouse clicks?

for instance, pressing an "r" key on my left hand can perform the connect command as i already setup an r key for the commect command on the env file.

    funckey r "add connect"

i am using a mouse pad wrist rest as well.

I am using function keys for most of my commands. I am also assigning function keys for recorded macros to minimize the number of mouse clicks.
