Issue in Step file generation

I am having problem in one of the component in my PCB, this particular component always gets shifted to board origin when I generate the step file by export option. However the 3D canvas generated with in the ORCAD PCB is OK.

Attached are the images from 3D canvas generated in oracd PCB  (OK ) and step file created by export option (NG).

Make sure you are running the latest version of the Cadence PCB tools 17.2-2016 S069 or 17.4-2019 S009 which are available from http://support.cadence.com or Download Manager. If you are already then try under Setup - User Preferences - Interfaces - STEP and enable step_export_mixed_units. This allows for step models of different units to be exported correctly.
