17.4 HF 11 Dialog windows not opening.

Hello Everyone,

I am using 17.4 Hotfix 11. Everything seems to work except a few dialog windows won't open such as Setup -> Design Parameters..., Export -> Libraries, and Export -> Down Rev Design... When I click these buttons nothing happens with the exception of "Down Rev Design..." where it acts like a dialog box has opened but is invisible. The PCB Designer window title greys out and the computer dings any time I click. I Have to close through the task manager. I can open other dialogs just fine such as Setup -> Grids... and Setup -> User Preferences... Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is there a work around?

Thank You,

Mason

did you use dual monitors previously?

locate your pcbenv folder and delete the allegro.geo file to see if the gui comes back.

the gui might still be opening on the second screen.

you can try windows+p to see if "pc screen only" is selected

I have and still use multiple monitors and this problem was happening with all of my monitors on. Deleting allegro.geo did fix the problem. Thank You!
