How to extract .psm .dra .pads component footprint / pad from standalone .brd file?

I'm trying to "reverse engineer" an IC manufacturer's evaluation board. The manufacturer only provides an OrCAD PCB file in .brd format, a PDF schematic and nothing else. There is no .dsn or .opj files. I need to create the schematic and OrCAD project to match the .brd file.

Is it possible to extract the component footprints and pads (.psm .dra .pads) and .step 3D model just from the .brd file?

File>Export>Libraries... will extract the .pad, .dra & .*sm files
