padstack definition

is there a way to define a padstack with multiple vias?

i have one pad with 12 vias.

i would like to define them as one padstack.

    Ah, the multi-drill padstack feature.

    i have tried your way but it does not work.

    how can i specify the xy location of the vias within the pad?

    i need to place 12 vias based on our customer's request as shown below.

    If the multiple drills option won't work the only way is to do this in a Package Symbol. Place the main pad down then use Layout - Connections and double click to add a Via. (The chosen via is setup as you would in a board file Constraint Manager - Physical). Once you have a via you copy this and place it at the required co-ordinates as you would normally.

    steve is right.  if you want every one via's x/y locations , as i know,  the only way do this is in package symbol not in pad editor. in package symbol you are free do this. like this.
