Shape not creating clearance to signal lines

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out why when I create a shape (copper pour) on layer 3 of my design, the signal lines don't have any clearances and they come up with DRCs. I have entered my desired gap width on CM, but it just won't work. Somehow, other layers, top, bottom, and layer 2 they all work fine.

any ideas?

Hi

when you pour your shape on layer 3 verify that you are making the shape a "Dynamic" Shape. It sounds like your shape on layer 3 is a static type.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I have selected the dynamic copper but still won't do it, as attached. It's very strange!
