BB via padstack value verification

Hi

In my board file having multiple BB VIA with different pad value in different  layers, how to cross check that value. Presently I'm checking with padstack usage report.  Any other methods avalible using skils?

In report files showing mask and paste antipad etc not in clear ,I'm looking only layer wise pad value. Please let me know.
