BB via's showing as Antenna via's Update to Respective layer

Hi 

I have 28 layer board with BB via's after Routing Found some antenna via's like below .

I have Top to layer 4 antenna's, But i routed trace only on Layer 2 itself  but its showing antenna via's  like more then 400 antenna via's having with differ layer criteria any option to clear those via's right now we manually replacing the pad stack. any SKILL file or any method available to  avoid those manually works please suggest.
