Abrupt closing in OrCAD PCB

Hello everyone.

During the work on the PCB design, the OrCAD PCB started to shut down when I tried to generate a 3D view.

I supposed that the problem might be a 3D model of an IC. I removed it from the schematic, cleaned and restarted the PCB but it didn't solve the issue. I even created a new project and imported both schematic and layout files.

I still can't run a 3D view.

What may be a reason of this abrupt closing? Where can I start to find a solution?

Firstly make sure you are running the latest hotfix of the software 17.2-2016 S075 or 17.4-2019 S016 (you can see the version from Help - About). If you are still having issues after that make sure you run a Check - Database Check, click the Options and click on Check on the board file and the footprint files

Hi steve I checked database and found the issue and the problem has been solved
