Can't Open OrCad PCB Editor

I am unable to open OrCAD PCB Editor application at all. Each time I try to open, I get the following message.

I've recovered the .SAV file to a .brd using DBDoctor, but that did not fix it. I've updated from S015 to S016. I've tried other board files. Nothing works.

Ideas on how to open the program?

Even after a full re-install, I still received the error message.

The culprit was an NVIDIA driver update. Disabling the video card fixed the issue. After some trial and error, I was able to roll back the driver to a workable version.

Final update on this issue in case others stumble upon this thread.

I updated the more powerful NVIDIA graphics card driver to the latest and disabled the discrete Intel graphics driver so that the computer was forced to use one graphics card. Apparently, OrCAD has issues when there are more than one graphics card on the system. It's all good now.
