is it possible to generate ISCF format netlist from .brd file

I have only the pcb board file with me. Is it possible to generate ISCF format netlist from .brd file.

If yes, please provide steps.

I hope I can get someone‘s help, thanks.

    Unfortunately you can only export this from the schematic (OrCAD Capture).

    Hi 

    That can be possible. Elgris Technologies (www.elgris.com) can do it, but the ISCF will not be same as ISCF extracted from schematic used to create the board. 

     It is necessary to generate schematic from a board and then save it to OrCAD.

     From OrCAD  it is possible to extract ISCF

    I just tested this process by generating an EDIF netlist from Allegro (using some custom skill code I wrote for a customer a few years ago)

    then imported the EDIF into Capture, then generated the ISCF netlist
