Creating Padstack with Varying Drill Holes

I would like to create a padstack with four holes with diameter 0.071 and a mounting hole with diameter 0.118. Is there a way to create this without having multiple padstacks?

This connector requires 4 separate pins using 0.071" plated holes and 1 non-plated 0.118" for the "PEG MOUNT", you will need 2 padstacks...
