Allegro 3D viewer for some reason changed "components" size

Hello,

We are using 3d Allegro Viewer to map step files to individual components. Recently we discover very interesting behavior for some reason 3D viewer change "components " scaling , please see attached image.

Ie when we did initial mapping everything was fine and components was perfectly scaled . We try to update components, everything look normal again, but once we restart PCB editor and restart 3D viewer everything goes to image bellow.

Please advise what we can do to address this issue..

  • Make sure you are running the latest hotfix of the software 17.4-2019 S019.. You can check from Help - About. If you are not using this version update from either support.cadence.com or Download Manager. A quick fix is in the 3d canvas, go to the 3d mapper tab and click on Export to export the mapping info, then Import the file you just created and that should update the view. Cadence are aware of this so if S019 doesn't help it should be fixed soon.
