Hi, what version of the PCB editor are you using & what is your graphic card type - specs ?

I think what you are seeing is the text from the Tool Tips when you pass your cursor over an object. You could try disable the full screen cursor and see if things improve.

Hi, On my system here with a radeon graphics workstation grade video card the full screen cursor has been broken since the first release of 17.4.

In the following situation the FSC is a "Dead Stick" Display performance is very slow.

FSC enabled via preferences & Start Page disabled. If using FSC it works a little better when the startpage is enabled.

I do have some suggestions. You could try update the video driver "OpenGl Stack" as Orcad/Allegro uses OpenGl for graphics speed etc.

    https://developer.nvidia.com/opengl-driver

The only other option is to not use the FSC and revert that to the standard + type cursor. Possibly another option would be to use 17.2 instead of 17.4 as no graphics issues exist with the
    prior release.

We went back to using 17.2 here due to the graphics issues with 17.4.

    All the best.
