Allegro footprint .dra file version too old to import into Altium?

Greetings,

I am working on a project that uses Atium Designer, and I am trying to import an Allegro footprint file (.dra) into the Altium project, but it is saying the design file version is too old. How do I fix this problem if I don't have any Allegro software?

I would like to update that I found a file called "dbdoctor", and another called "dbdoctor_ui". Unfortunately I don't know how to use these. But, I've seen people say that you can use these. They are just text files though, and don't appear to do anything. Typing "dbdoctor" in a command prompt just says that isn't a recognized command.
