Initial PCB layout flow using Allegro PCB Editor

The Printed Circuit Board (PCB) is the most critical component in any electronic product as it connects all the ICs and passive components that make a final electronic product. Different companies follow different workflows for designing PCBs, starting from capturing the schematic to releasing the Gerber out for the manufacturing.

You can find a document containing information on the initial PCB Design Creation flow using Allegro PCB Editor by clicking here.

The document outlines the initial steps used to create a PCB, including padstack generation, symbol creation, import of design parameters, import of netlist and technology files, and set up of the design cross-section.
