Panning in PCB Designer

Panning was working fine until 17.4-2019 S024, I think. Now when you click the middle mouse button, the pointer doesn't stay in the layout in the position where you clicked. Instead the layout moves away much faster then the mouse pointer. Can you change this behavior? Tried changing the pcb_autoroam parameter in the user preferences, but that setting is totally random. The default value is supposed to be 250, but when explicitly setting the value to 250 the behavior is completely different compared to when you leave the form blank.

This would help you in smooth panning. Try renaming pcbenv in your homepath & restore the default-setting mode.
