OrCad Capture V17.4-027 Update Schematic fails

I have set up differential pairs in PCB Designer.  When I try to update the schematic, I get a dialog box with the correct Objects, New Values and Old Values.  I press the Sync button and the Session Log says "Schematic Update from Board Connected Successful.  However, it does not make the changes.  This is a MAJOR problem, because next time I make a change on the schematic and update the layout, it blows away my differential pairs.  Here is the dialog box.  It will look exactly the same if I try to run Update Schematic again.

This could be if the "do not migrate" option is selected in the constraint manager of schematic capture.

Hi I am having a similar issue using OrCAD 17.4 PCB layout. I have added components, pressing Sync does not register any changes and I cannot place new components manually. It was previously working with the same project then stopped registering changes. Please help!
