Full contact via holes not shown in 3D

Hello, all!

I have a GND shape with four vias. The two vias on the left are on the GND net, hence, are connected. The two rightmost ones are on different net.

Global dynamic shape setting for via is Full contact. The top left via has DYN_THERMAL_CON_TYPE = DIAGONAL to help get my point across.

The issue is that the via hole for the bottom left via is completely covered by the copper shape in the 3D viewer, which is wrong. The top left via hole is displayed correctly.

Has anyone else stumbled up on this issue, and if so, how can this be fixed?

Using 17.4

Thanks!

This is a known issue which has been reported to Cadence to fix. Maybe raise this with Cadence / Channel Partner as well. The only option you have is to change it from full copper to a thermal relief

You should try changing it from full copper to a thermal relief.
