What does this fill pattern indicate, am I importing shapes properly?

I am trying to import an RF design that is a .dxf file. The bottom plane is copper and the top is hatched conductors. On the import screen I select "Fill shapes". All conductors import with this dotted pattern and I have no idea what that means. I believe it's a static fill, which is file because nothing is going to be modified in Cadence, but I have no idea if it preserved the hatching and if the bottom pour is solid or not. I have been unable to find any information on the subject. Any help would be appreciated.

That is how Allegro/orcad draws a static copper shape.
