Moving Mechanical Symbol

I am running OrCad PCB Designer Professional V 17.4 S027.  I placed a slot as a mechanical symbol on my PCB.  I want to move it.  No matter what I've tried, I cannot select it to move or delete.  I've tried in both Placement Edit and General Edit modes.  I've used "All On" on the Find Filter.  Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks!

One of the first things I tried was to UNFIX it. I get a "No element found." message, no matter how I set my find filter for all commands - UNFIX, MOVE, DELETE, etc.  Is LOCKED a separate property from FIXED?

It seems that the problem is that nothing on the slot is "visible," and therefore cannot be selected.  I put visible in quotes because I can see a grey oval where the slot is, but it is not technically visible to OrCad.  So, I can just go to the Color Dialog -> Stack-up and check Soldermask Top (or Bottom) -> Pin.  That makes a part of the slot visible, and therefore selectable.  Thanks Colton Knight for pointing me in the right direction!
